Optimal Training

 Physical exercise specializing to induce muscular contraction, which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, size of skeletal muscles and bone density.

Functional Training

Training the body for the activities performed in ‘daily life’.  Functional training has its origins in rehabilitation and physical therapy.

HIIT Training

High-intensity interval training: a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
